Please read the following information carefully to ensure a great experience.
Getting There
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the home of Alysse’s uncles in Angwin, CA. Guest parking is not available onsite.
We have arranged for a shuttle service to transport guests from the nearby town of St. Helena to Angwin. Please park at St. Helena High School at 1401 Grayson Ave, St. Helena, CA, 94574. Plan to arrive at the high school by 3:00pm. Look for signs that say “Palomo/Phipps” wedding. It will be about a 20-minute shuttle ride from the high school to the house. Note: Please do not park at other lots nearby or you may risk getting towed. Only park at the lot with our signs.
Shuttle service will temporarily pause when the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, but will resume afterwards and will continue to run throughout the night should any guests need to leave early. Shuttle service will conclude at 11:30pm.
Lodging Recommendations
We have reserved a small block of rooms at El Bonita Motel in St. Helena, CA. Rates are approximately $350 plus tax per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights (September 25-27). If you wish to book a room at El Bonita, please give them a call at (707) 963-3216 and mention the “Palomo/Phipps” room block. Please note that El Bonita is just a short 5-minute walk to the shuttle pick-up area that will transport you to the venue.
If you book a room and need to cancel, please let Alysse or Zach know so that we can alert the hotel and keep the room reserved in our block. Please cancel at least 60 days prior to the wedding to avoid any cancelation fees.
Other hotels are available nearby in St. Helena, Calistoga, and Napa. We highly recommend booking as soon as possible as September is harvest season in Napa Valley and many hotels will be fully booked.
