Frequently Asked Questions

We ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. For men, that means a suit or sport coat and slacks. For women, a nice dress or a blouse and slacks or skirt.
There are no color requirements for guests. The bridal party will be wearing neutral shades of taupe and brown, but that doesn’t mean other guests can’t wear those colors as well!
Ladies, you will be walking on uneven gravel, so wear sturdy, comfortable shoes. Flats or sandals are encouraged. If you choose to wear a heel, go with a block heel, wedge, or boot.
September evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a sweater or light coat. -
Guest parking is not available at our venue, so we have arranged for a shuttle service to transport guests from the nearby town of St. Helena to Angwin. Please park at St. Helena High School at 1401 Grayson Ave, St. Helena, CA, 94574. Plan to arrive at the high school by 3:00pm. Look for signs that say “Palomo/Phipps Wedding.” It will be about a 20-minute shuttle ride from the parking lot to the house.
Shuttle service will temporarily pause when the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, but will resume afterwards and will continue to run throughout the night should any guests need to leave early.

The wedding will be completely outdoors, so please plan to bring a sweater or light coat for the evening.
