You’re booked on the 3:45pm shuttle.
Please read all of the following information thoroughly.
To ensure you have the best possible experience on our big day, we’ve assigned you to the 3:45pm shuttle.
Please arrive by 3:30pm to board the shuttle with plenty of time for a 3:45pm departure. There will be a total of 3 shuttles in service, you may board any of them.
Park and board the shuttle at:
St. Helena High School
1401 Grayson Ave, St. Helena CA 94574
The parking lot is right off of Highway 29 and is a short walk from El Bonita Motel. Look for the sign that says “Palomo & Phipps Wedding Parking”
You will arrive to the venue at approximately 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
If you miss the 3:45pm shuttle
If you miss the shuttle, you will need to call an Uber/Lyft in order to arrive to the ceremony on time. Please text your name to our shuttle coordinator Shea to get the venue address, her number is 951-816-7205. Please do not attempt to park your own car at the venue, parking will not be available.
If you prefer to wait for the next available shuttle you may do so, but you will miss the ceremony. We still invite you to join the reception.
Return trip
The wedding will officially end at 10pm and shuttles will begin departures immediately.
Shuttles will be available all evening should you wish to depart earlier than 10pm. Simply approach the DJ to let him know you need to leave and he will alert our coordinator who can arrange this for you.
